Subject Databases

Subject Databases for Classical Archaeology

Direct access to archaeologically relevant databases is provided by the Database-Infosystem (DBIS). This is a service for Classical Archaeology which was started and is maintained by the University Library Regensburg.  Availability of the respective databases is clearly shown, and depends upon which licences your institute has acquired.  There are at the moment around 100 archaeological databases in the collection, many of which are freely available in the Internet.
