"Bibliographia Aegyptiaca" is an online index for publications on various aspects of the history of reception of Ancient Egypt as well as for primary sources. The database offers extensive research possibilities of its continuously enhanced selective bibliography.

"Bibliographia Aegyptiaca" is hosted by the University Library Heidelberg in the context of “Propylaeum – Specialized Information Service Classics”, funded by the DFG. Publications for the database are indexed by project staff of the “Südwestdeutscher Bibliotheksverbund” (SWB) in Heidelberg by using the authority files of the “Gemeinsame Normdatei” (GND). Its user interface is provided by the Open Source Software „VuFind”.
